A one‑week intensive choral course focused on preparing choral parts for the final concert of the Filarmonietta Praga 2026 Orchestral Academy. This year’s program focuses on composers whose anniversaries are being commemorated

Application Requirements

Participation is open to both choirs and individual singers interested in an intensive week‑long program led by an experienced choir director, culminating in two orchestral performances at the international music festival “Praha, klasika..” 2026.

Fees & Included Services

 
Participation Fees
     – € 1320 for active participants
     – € 760 for passive participants and spouses
     – € 240 optional Add‑On:
        “Ameropa Tourist Weekend” July 25 – 26
     – € 70 registration fee
 
Fees Include
     – Tuition
     – Registration fee
     – Basic hostel lodging in 2 bed rooms (a limited number of single rooms may be available at an additional cost)
     – Daily hotel breakfasts
     – Lunches on weekdays and/or several complimentary group dinners
     – Free tickets for all Academy concerts
     – Group travel expenses within the Czech Republic for events organized by Ameropa during the Academy
     – Complimentary Prague city transportation pass for the entire duration of Ameropa
 
Fees Do Not Include
     – Personal travel expence
     – Personal travel, health nor any other insurance
     – Daily dinners
 

Optional Add‑On: “Ameropa Tourist Weekend” (July 25–26)

Includes
     – 2 additional hostel nights (July 24 and 25)
Saturday, July 25
     – Ameropa visit to Nelahozeves, birthplace of Antonín Dvořák
     – tour of Nelahozeves Castle
     – tour of Antonín Dvořák’s Birthplace
     – attending the Ameropa concert in the castle’s Knights’ Hall
     – group dinner with Ameropa after the concert
     – bus transport to Nelahozeves and back
Sunday, July 26
     – afternoon guided tour of Prague Castle (lunch on own)
 

Additional Notes

     – For all accommodations, a hotel upgrade (double room ***) is available for an additional fee
     – If you use your own accommodation, you will receive a discount on the price


Other regulations

     – The registration fee of € 70 must be paid when submitting the Academy application.
     – An application is valid if registration fee and over half of the cost (50%) is sent to Ameropa’s account before May 31st, 2026 
     – Please note that the registration fee will only be returned to applicants who cannot be registered because of the course being overbooked
     – The registration fee will not be returned for any reason to applicants who have already been successfully registered
